The revolutions begin in East Point under the lights at the Dick Lane Velodrome where you’ll find fast paced racing action on bikes with no brakes or the ability to coast on the steep embankments! Enjoy local craft beer & wine, food trucks, and a VIP watching area while DJ Yvonne Monet rocks the beats all night long. It’s going to be a night to remember!

Hapeville Criterium

Do you like to have a good time? Us too! A criterium is the epitome of a good time, with racers zooming past at 40+mph as spectators watch just inches away along the city block course. It’s exhilarating to say the least, plus throw in an Arts Festival, great food, music, beer & wine, and trust us – you’ll definitely have a good time! Even the kids will be begging to stay all day. (Although, that might have something to do with the awesome kids’ zone.)

Enjoy racing from the fastest cyclists in the country, music, great food, and special surprises that will probably keep you clutching your chest (But in a good way, we promise. At least, we’re certain the kids will be pumped about it.)

Union City Gravel Gran Fondo

Grab your gear and get ready for Spin the District’s Gran Fondo, a memorial ride for UGA Professor Karen L. Tinsley. Choose from four course options: a 10, 30, and 60-mile road option, and a 100-mile road and gravel option. The perfect Georgia fall weather will make for a beautiful ride through South Fulton County’s country side. Plus, there’s a party afterwards to celebrate the riders, spectators, and to close out Spin the District’s inaugural year. Let’s see all that training in action!
