A majority of the rider praise that we receive for Spin the District has to do with our incredible volunteers. These ground teams operate like a well-lubricated bike chain to make each of our events safe and special for every single rider and spectator, and we appreciate them endlessly for their time, energy and generosity.

With three different events throughout the year and dozens of things to do at each, there are several opportunities to get involved. Sign up with your family or BFF squad, or ride solo and make some new friends. In exchange for a few hours’ work, volunteers are showered with snacks and adoration, and each will receive a special limited-edition volunteer t-shirt (see photo) and unlimited free memories to take home.
